We require a credit card to be placed on file for all appointments.
We understand busy schedules and different circumstances cannot be avoided so we are happy to cancel your haircut appointment with 24 hours’ notice. Color services require 48 hours’ notice. You can cancel your appointment by filling out the form located at the contact page of marinhairco.com. We do not accept appointment cancellations via text message or voicemail. Our automated texting system is to send you reminders and updates.
Cancellations less than 24/48 hours’ notice as well as late arrivals over 10 minutes will be charged 50% of the service. Missed appointments with no notice are subject to charge in the full amount.
Some appointments require a deposit. If a deposit was discussed via you consultation email, this card will be used for that deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and are applied to the balance of the service. If a deposit was not discussed, you will not be charged for a deposit.
